BENGAL KITTEN WAITING LIST DEPOSIT
Our waiting list deposit buyers are guaranteed a kitten first. If there are any available kittens after we have contacted those who have left a deposit, we then call the remaining waiting list members in the order in which they contacted us and requested to be on our waiting list.
DEPOSIT TERMS
The following deposit terms outlined are part of the sale agreement. Please review these details if you would like to be added to our waiting list.
WAITING LIST DEPOSIT
PRE-BIRTH DEPOSITS ARE
SUMMARY: Waiting list deposits refundable up until birth. After birth they are applied to your full deposit.
DETAIL: A waiting list deposit of $100.00 is agreed to be made prior to birth of litter. It is fully refundable prior to birth. The estimated birth date will be included in your signed agreement. Refund request are made within 7 days of your written request.
FULL DEPOSIT
POST-BIRTH DEPOSITS ARE
SUMMARY: We enter a formal agreement with this form of deposit. Full deposits are only accepted after viable kittens are born. Full deposits are accepted with a committed sale agreement.
DETAIL: Deposits on kittens after birth must be equal to 1/3 the total agreed-upon kitten price as stated in the agreement. If a $100 waiting list deposit has been made, that amount is applied to and included in the 1/3 total. A 1/3 total price deposit must be made to enforce the purchase agreement. Refunds are made within 7 days of written request.
DEPOSIT REFUND TERMS
Refunds prior to kittens born are fully refundable. Refund requests after kittens are born are partially refundable.
BREEDER INITIATED
Breeder may terminate the agreement by refunding the total deposit received under the following
circumstances:
- Total kittens available after birth diminish due to changes in pick order by show or
breeder purchase or health issues - Expired kittens.
- Breeder determines Buyer is unfit.
BUYER INITIATED
If for any reason the Buyer elects to end the agreement before the delivery of the kitten, it is agreed the Buyer will be refunded all but $100 of their deposit within 7 days of the written request.
DEPOSIT ROLLOVER
In certain circumstances, the Buyer may be offered the option to wait for a kitten from a litter beyond the initially agreed-upon litter.
In this case, any deposit amount currently held by Breeder will be held as Pre-Birth Waiting List Deposit.
The Buyer will be re-established in a new pick order for the next subsequent litter.

Iconic Bengal Cat Breeders does have an agreement that we send out in PDF format for you to review before committing to any deposit payment.
Any disputes are settled in a Delaware court as stipulated in our agreement. If this is unacceptable to you, we respectfully part friends without moving any further ahead in a sale.
